Cancelation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the event, the deposit may be transferred to a new available date (one time only).
If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. ( please reach out if extenuating circumstances arise)
This policy allows us to reserve your private time slot and plan staffing accordingly.
How early should we book our celebration?
We recommend booking your private party at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date and time are available.
Can we bring our own cake and decorations?
Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own cake and food. We provide the tables and chairs, and you can arrive 30 minutes early to decorate the space.
Is there a limit on how many guests can attend? Do we have to pay a deposit?
Our Classic Party includes up to 12 children. You can invite more friends for an additional $10 per child, up to a maximum of 20 children
To reserve your private party at Grace & Grow Play, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date.
What ages is Grace & Grow Play best for?
Our play space is specially designed for children ages 0 to 8 years old. It is a safe and joyful environment for toddlers and young children to celebrate.
