Grace & Grow Play Policies
We are so excited to welcome you! To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all families, please review our policies below.
General Play Guidelines
- Grip socks are required for all children.
- Socks required for all adults on the play floor
- Adult supervision is required at all times (this is not a drop-off facility)
- Our space is designed for children ages [0–8]; older siblings are welcome with gentle, respectful play
- No rough play, climbing on structures not intended for climbing, or unsafe behavior
- No shoes on play surfaces
- No outside toys permitted
- No outside food or drinks permitted. Purchased Food and drinks are allowed in designated areas only
Inclusive Play
Grace & Grow Play is designed to be a calm, welcoming environment for all children.
If your child has specific needs, we encourage you to reach out—we are happy to accommodate when possible.
Sick Policy
For the health and safety of all guests, please do not visit if your child is experiencing:
- Fever within the past 24 hours
- Vomiting or diarrhea within the past 24 hours
- Any contagious illness
Supervision & Safety
- Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times
- Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s behavior and safety while in the space
- Grace & Grow Play reserves the right to ask families to leave if behavior is unsafe or disruptive
Admission & Capacity
- Admission may be limited based on capacity to ensure a comfortable play environment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Open play admissions are non-refundable
Cleanliness & Sanitation
- All toys and play surfaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly
- Hand sanitizer is available and encouraged throughout the space
Photography
Photos and videos may be taken within the space for marketing purposes.
If you prefer that your child not be included, please notify a staff member.
Liability
All guests are required to complete a waiver prior to entry.
Participation in play activities is at your own risk.
